At Moss & Moonlight, we take great care in preparing and sending your orders with love and attention to detail. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery, returns, and damaged item policies.
Delivery Information
Standard Tracked Delivery: £4
Courier: Royal Mail (Tracked Service)
Estimated Delivery Time: 7–14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
Christmas rush is 21 working days
Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can keep an eye on your parcel as it makes its way to your door.
Returns Policy
We hope you adore your Moss & Moonlight items, but if something isn't quite right, we’re here to help.
Please contact us at chelsealoveseyspiritualcoach@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition they arrived in.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Please email us at chelsealoveseyspiritualcoach@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will offer you a replacement wherever possible. If a replacement is not available, we will provide a full refund.
