We reserve the right to change product prices or descriptions at any time without notice.
3. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you agree that all details you provide are accurate and complete.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways. We do not store your card details.
Once an order is placed, you’ll receive confirmation by email.
4. Delivery
UK delivery is charged at £4 and is sent via Royal Mail Tracked, estimated at 7–10 working days.
We are not responsible for delays due to postal service disruptions or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
5. Returns & Damaged Items
Returns are accepted if you contact us within 7 days of delivery at chelsealoveseyspiritualcoach@gmail.com.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement where possible or issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
